A "thin place" is Celtic lore that describes a spiritual location where the veil between heaven and earth is thin, where they may actually touch. This cabin and grounds is such a place.
Atop this mountain ridge sits a 400-square foot tiny home, a genuine yellow-pine log cabin, built by Green River Cabins in Campobello, South Carolina, and hauled up the driveway by Precision Grading out of Hendersonville.

I am not in the wedding venue business to get rich. I want to share this special place with people who would not normally be able to afford such a beautiful place to get married. I specialize in:

There are many spectacular views in the western North Carolina mountains. How willing are you to hike up to one in a wedding dress and formal wear? Arriving hot and sweaty and sticky? What will you do if it rains? What will you do if they close the Parkway?
Or ... you could step out of your car onto concrete and walk three short steps into a climate-controlled log cabin to get ready. The ceremony is held out back, on a gracefully curved flagstone patio. No grass, no mulch, no dirt. Celebrate under a commercial tent in case of bad weather.
comfort & convenience
A fully appointed bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are at your disposal to get ready and to celebrate after your ceremony. The cabin is always climate-controlled, clean, and beautiful.
A private bedroom with blackout window shades is available for changing and getting ready. It has a makeup desk, complete with lighted mirror, hair dryer, and curling iron.
A fully functioning kitchen is available with appliances, plates, and utensils to serve hor d'oeuvres after the ceremony.
A full bathroom is available for you and all of your guests before, during, and after the ceremony.
